My experience with 1800 NY CARPET has been great from start to end! The secretary was extremely nice, patient and helpful, and gave me all the information I needed. Although I only wanted to get prices, they were extremely professional so I decided to go ahead with the job. Their service was professional and fast, I got my carpet back SPOTLESS when I didn't think it could get that Clean! If you want professional service 1800 NY CARPET is definitely the way to go!!! :-)

I want to thank 1800ny carpet that saving my antique rugs that was water damage. I called the company and they arrived within 40 minutes they pickup the rugs and brought back to there warehouse for the treatment, after two weeks they delivered the rugs in EXCELLENT condition I cannot tell the difference from the water damage.Highly Recommended thank you.
