Repair, not replace

Any carpet is going to suffer an inevitable amount of wear and tear over time. But what happens when the damage is more problematic? Burns, frays, holes, tears…not to mention ripples, bumps and pulled fibers. All of these can leave your carpet looking unsightly and neglected. But rather than replace your carpet entirely, there is an alternative – having it repaired.

We employ only the most experienced and knowledgeable technicians, all of whom are kept constantly up-to-date with modern techniques and new machinery on the market. We specialize in all the following repairs:

• Burns – cigarette burns can leave a carpet looking very ugly. We can deal with these by seaming the burn, or applying a precision-bond insertion. WE can use matching pieces of carpet, either leftovers or from a closet or another unobtrusive area.
• Holes and tears – with our modern technology, we seam the affected area, then re-align the damaged area.
• Wrinkling (also known as buckling) - leaves a carpet looking creased and discolored. It often becomes this way a few years after installation and can be dangerous, causing you to slip. We can fix this problem with our state-of-the-art machinery.
• Carpet fraying and de-lamination – carpets do fray at their edges as a result of de-lamination (when the yarns break free of the carpet backing). We can deal with this problem by injecting a latex adhesive into the carpet, which joins the yarn and backing together once more).
